Below you can pay your rent online now, call to pay your rent, or find out about other payment options.  Payments made Online, by Phone, or by Fax before 8:00pm EST are received by WRRA-PM the next business day.  Checking or savings account payments are FREE!  You can even schedule recurring payments by using the phone number below (note the due dates below before scheduling a recurring payment).

By Check or Money Order. 
To Avoid Delay and Late Fees: 

  • Write Tenant’s Name(s), Month of Rent Payment, and Address on every check or Money Order
  • Do not write on or near the MICR line (the numbers at the bottom of the check or Money Order)
  • Print the amount of checks clearly in the amount box at the right of the check

Place in Drop-Box at 6000 Fairview Road, Suite 104, Charlotte, NC 28210.  Drop-Box is located on the Fairview Road/Ruth’s Chris side of the building beside the door with our company logo on it, to the left of the main building doors.

Rent is Due by 4:00pm on the 1st day of each month

  • If Rent is not paid by the 1st day of the month a late notice may be sent to you
  • If Rent is not paid by the 3rd day of the month a second late notice may be sent to you
  • If Rent is not received, in full, by 4:00pm on the 5th day of the month, you are charged a late fee of 5% of the monthly rental rate and sent a Notice to Pay or Vacate
  • If rent is not received by the 15th day of the month, an eviction is filed to remove you from the property.
